The apartment (55 square meter) in the lower range of the generous and in fantastic situation on a slope, to the south aligned, Mediterranean mansion is worth try.
From the terrace framed with Bougainvilleas and Hibiscus there is a beautiful sea view over the Cabo San Antonio over the yacht and fisher port, the entire bay with mountain ranges lying behind to each daily and nighttime up to the local center of Javea, called by the natives "Pueblo".
Tosca stairs and the Mediterranean garden lead directly to the large pool .
The letting is suitable for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. The old part of the town with historical church and buildings is beautifully illuminated in the evening and creates an atmosphere, which you will gladly enjoy from the terrace with a glass of wine.
There is a special atmosphere supported of the fishery boats going out.
If you make the night ' day ', the boats can be admired also in the morning when returning home. The fish auction hall is at walking distance of about 8 minutes. Around the house are walks into all directions like: Promenade, beaches as well as restaurants .
All kinds of sports are offered such as fishing , riding, sailing, surfing, diving , tennis or golf.
